Salute! event is a culminating point of all our workshops that focuses on presentation of the play Etta's Warprepared by the team of professional theatre artists, with participation of spoken community chorus, and young musicians.
We will meet on the streets of Haghill, where there will be music, laughter and characters from the past... We will then walk to the venue, where the play will take place as well as Peacebuilding exhibition of artworks by local people. There will also be a chance to listen to a short documentary One lives in the hope of becoming a memory, prepared by students of Kelvin College, which is a collection of short stories of local residents related to WW1. We hope to see you there!
